User experience and user interface design for Weekli, a digital tool for professional development, created for employees who want to get more out of themselves and their workplace. The group's overall results can be used as a basis for addressing complex topics that employees often find it hard to put their fingers on.
Weekli gives a voice to all employees in a organization and secures anonymity so everyone gets the right to say what they think every week. It enables company leaders and managers to act based on both data and intuition. To act on facts, the organization moves to a data-driven mode and gives management the power to work with greater precision.
The project included the development of everything from user journey flows to UI design for desktop, tablet and mobile.
