About | In Depth
I enjoy working in teams, building relationships and learning through others. I often get the role as “mood manager” and as the bridge between different opinions and perspectives; I contribute with everything from the 'big picture' to delivering the small details.

HUMANS IN THE WORLD
I am very passionate about solving or rephrasing problems through widening the perspective of understanding human behaviours, feelings and thoughts. I want to understand the world at large and is often inspired by sources beyond the design business and industry such as art, culture and technology that can contribute with new perspectives. I am interested in the intersection between identity and user centered design – with accessibility and equality as a lens.

PROBLEM SOLVING
I see that my job as a designer is to solve problems and challenges for businesses, organisations or for the world. The big and the small. What is the design intended to do? For whom is it designed? And how does those parameters effect the process, methods and form?
THOUGHTS ABOUT DESIGN
I believe innovation occurs when you are faithful to challenging status quo. To always set a real value in the focus of the end user, "regardless" of consequences and with openness towards in what form the solution comes. I think this is achieved best when people with different backgrounds meet, when you are brave, self-critical and get approaches and views beyond the industry.

PRESSURE TEST
We can clearly see that the world is more than ever changing and that new needs occur. When this happens we need quick but solid and creative answers. I think the iterative processes of design thinking, with constant pressure tests against the real world is the solution for both businesses, organisations and institutions that wants to keep up with the future.
